Description of the issue you are seeing, including references to specific users for us to cross reference against the sync logs (for example: 'I expect GADS to not change the user joe@domain.com, but it tries to delete this user'):
Have you verified that the LDAP authorized user you're using for GADS has read and execute permissions for the whole sub tree you are syncing and all user attributes? We often see cases where the authorized user does not have sufficient permissions.
Date / time / timezone of the sync issue observed:
Version of G Suite Directory Sync:
Configuration file (XML)
List of users affected provide the email address of at least one affected user, even if many/all users are affected:
Trace files
1. Set log level to Trace (""Configure"" > ""Log File"" > Log level = Trace). Tracelevel logs are required for effective troubleshooting, since any other log level doesn't include all of the necessary information.
2. Set the log file name to something new and set a location (default is 'sync.log' in the install directory, so choose a different name so GADS will create a separate file)
3. Run the Directory Sync tool with the new file
4. Send us the logs and set the log level back to the original settings (Info) otherwise, GADS will output very large amount of data into the log file.
