For troubleshooting, the following data should cover most issues:
- a HAR file
- a screencast
- the form URL
- the email of the form owner
When possible, sharing the form with your Maven Wave support agent and collaborationsupport@noreply.googleapps.com (for Google support agents) is appreciated and generally helps the issue get resolved more quickly.
Note: Google Forms will not have the "upload file" option available in Team Drives. To use file uploads in Forms, the form must be in a personal Drive. You can still share the form with your teammates.
