Sometimes, an issue will require more diagnostic info than a HAR file can provide. In this case, you'll be asked to collect JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) logs. As with HAR files, only share your JSON logs with Maven Wave or Google employees.
To record JSON logs:
- Close all browser tabs and leave only two tabs open.
- On the first tab, log into affected user’s Google account.
- On the other tab, in the same browser session, go to: chrome://net-export/
- Click ‘Start Logging to Disk’ and save the file.
- Go back to the first tab and reproduce the issue.
- Once issue is reproduced, go back to the Network Log Export page and click 'Stop Logging'.
- Send the saved JSON file to us.
